About Diane De Filipi

Diane works as a hospitality consultant and private concierge in Northern California and is featured as a regular guest on Napa Valley Wine Radio's culinary broadcasts

Diane is a free lance food and travel writer and food columnist.  Her “Italian Lessons” column appears monthly in the Napa Valley Register newspaper.  As the Italian “Food-caster” for AMillionCooks.com, Diane offers weekly Italian related “foodie” fun facts on A Million Cooks’ YouTube features.

As a trained olive oil educator, Diane organizes private olive oil tasting parties and seminars in the Napa Valley. Diane received her training at U.C. Davis and from mentor Paolo Pasquale, an international leader in the olive oil world and creator of the Oleoteca Villa Campestri.

In addition, at the encouragement of her olive oil mentor, Paolo Pasquale, Diane currently offers private olive oil tasting classes in the Napa Valley and participates in judging local olive oil competitions.

As the former owner and chef of the Ink House B&B in the renowned Napa Valley, she has been privileged to be able to work with hospitality associates in Italy and is proud to offer a memorable experience at a cost that sets “Let's Go Cook Italian” apart from similar cooking tours offering excursions at a much higher rate.

Also, should you have a group of friends or family .... or a professional organization that would like to select special dates for a private party, she will be happy to assist you in creating an exclusive group experience “a la carte” in Tuscany.
